Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Opened media products (CDs, DVDs, software, games, etc.)
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First check your bank account again
- Then contact your card company, as processing may take time
- Next contact your bank for further updates

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at sales@acdi.store and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.
If the gift giver purchased the item and shipped it to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on location.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
